Hose Inspection / Repair
We can perform initial or periodic hose inspections. The test includes a visual inspection, a pressure test, an electrical conductivity test, and the provision of a certification ring and a test certificate. If there is a need for repair - for the hose or the connection - we will provide a cost estimate. We can also carry out regular maintenance, e.g. yearly. Assembled Hoses
We can also supply our hose fittings, such as WE-ER® Hose Fittings, Weinhold® Screw-Type Steam Couplings, WE-ER® Twin-Jaw Press Fitting and WE-ER® Helix Hose Couplings, fitted with appropriate hoses. On request, we can check the combinations by means of a pressure test and issue corresponding certificates. In addition, many other variants are possible. Test for Weinhold® Steam Pistol
Due to the inherent nature of steam, the Weinhold® Steam Pistol is subject to high safety standards, especially with regard to sealing. We can also inspect your Weinhold® Steam Gun. This involves an external visual inspection and a pressure test using air to determine the integrity of the seals. We then issue a certificate. If there is a need for repair, we will give you a quotation. The inspection can be carried out individually as required, or at regular intervals (e.g. yearly). Stamping / labelling of the products as desired
Do you need special labelling of our products, for example to assign them specifically to one of your departments? We can stamp your products accordingly. Test Certificates
We can supply the following documents on request: • 2.2 or 3.1 certificates issued by us for our products • Material certificates 3.1 for materials used • Test certificates for tested hoses • Test certificates for inspected Weinhold steam pistols Please contact us.
